New Clients

Please plan to arrive 30 minutes early so the provider can review the initial paperwork prior to the appointment time. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated and will be cancelled, sorry. Thank you for your understanding.

Be prepared to pay out of pocket at the time of service, this office does not bill health insurance.

Cancellation Policy

24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.  Same day cancellations or appointment changes will be charged 50% of the cost of the appointment.

Running Late

Please plan to arrive early to your appointment. This office cannot accommodate clients that are running late (even by 5 minutes) due to the specific timing needs of each acupuncture treatment.  Late arrivals will be canceled and will be charged 50% of the cost of the appointment. There will be no exceptions.
